Lake Junaluska Conference & Retreat Center (lakejunaluska.com) is a very special place in the hearts and minds of thousands who have had experiences there over the years. Nestled in the heart of the southern mountains of North Carolina, it is a place for physical and mental renewal and spiritual enrichment...for an hour, a day, a week, or a lifetime.

The grounds are beautifully maintained by a dedicated and creative landscaping staff and is known far and wide for its extensive variety of roses. There is a wonderful interpretive garden of native plants. A sense of the past comes alive in the historic structures and architecture. Add to this open views of the surrounding peaks and glorious sky and it all adds up to a place any photographer can love and explore.
